Zhanxin Paper Plastic Green Packaging: Crafted with high-quality virgin pulp, it is fully biodegradable with zero pollution, customizable for compression and shock resistance, and features both dry and wet pressing processes.
After vacuum suction molding, wet pressed products are directly hot pressed inside the machine without manual intervention. The product thickness ranges from 0.8-1mm, with higher molding accuracy and the ability to accurately restore design details. The surface is delicate and suitable for high-end products.
After the dry pressing product is formed by suction molding, it is directly air dried for 48 hours with a residual moisture content of 20%. After hot pressing, the moisture content is 8%, resulting in a finished product with a thickness of up to 2mm. It has excellent cushioning and shock resistance, and is suitable for packaging larger electronic products. Therefore, wet pressing is better at refinement, while dry pressing is better at buffering.
